Pot Hole & Asphalt Repairs:

We will sawcut around the damaged area and add more process if needed.Then tac is added around to edges before the asphalt is applied.This is so the Hot asphalt seals right to the edges of the sawcut. 

Asphalt Overlays:

Restore Parking Lot to New Condition - A typical overlay would place 1 to 1 ½ inches of new asphalt over your existing parking lot. 

The parking lot would have the same appearance it had when it was new, at a fraction of what it cost to have the original parking lot installed. 

Cost Effective - Overlaying has a less expensive unit cost per square yard than patching. 
For this reason it may be more cost effective to overlay. 

Drainage Work:

Drainage around the home can be a real mess.  
Many builders leave homeowners with drainage that just doesn't work.

SealCoat & Crack Filling:

Sealcoating  helps protect against the damaging effects of the sun, from chemical attack by petroleum products and road deicer, and from water penetration, which can cause the pavement to crack and fail. Sealcoating can significantly prolong the life of your driveway, and keep it looking like new.

When there are open cracks in a driveway, water gets into them and freezes. Water expands when frozen, and can cause bigger cracks. Keeping the water out of the cracks will help prevent them from getting bigger and bigger. Even the smallest cracks in the driveway should be filled.

When we Crack Fill the cracks, we fill them in by hand to assure that they are all filled in properly.

And when we Seal your Driveway, Sidewalk, or Parking Lot we use a squeegee.
We do this to assure that even the smallest cracks are filled in and for the best coverage on the surface.

Curbs:

Asphalt curbs offer a variety of functions in addition to aesthetics.  Asphalt curbs are typically extruded from a machine.  This leaves a strong consistent shape.  If you have issues with controling excess water or erosion, an asphalt curb may be the solution to your problems.   Curbs are also used to define edges or perimeters of parking lots, roads, and driveways. We can also construct hand made curbs and 
edges.
